The staff are well-trained and professional. They ensured a smooth check-in. I got an upgrade upon arrival, and the room was immaculate. The gym and pool were well maintained, and the location is near the metro, which I found super convenient.

The room was spacious and very clean. It featured a large bed and a modern bathroom. There were good views from the 5th floor, and the washroom was tidy with all necessary amenities provided. The suite was very spacious, and I found it quite comfortable!!!

Wonderful hotel experience

I experienced prompt service from the front desk staff from August 8th to 13th, 2024. Kulu, the duty manager, was very friendly and offered a complimentary upgrade at check-in. The breakfast was excellent and the housekeeping responded quickly to our requests. I extend a special thanks to the bellman who helped weigh our luggage during checkout.
